West Locust Lofts (St. Louis)

West Locust Lofts is located on Locust street in St. Louis and is in immediate proximity to St. Louis University. The building was developed into 25 apartments for graduate students and 2,000 square feet of retail space. This is our first project involving St. Louis University and we are proud to partner with them. Completion occurred in August of 2010.
