Villas at Peruque Hills (Wentzville, MO)

Lisart Capital provided the equity for the Missouri low-income housing tax credits for Villas at Peruque Hills, a 34 unit low-income housing project in Wentzville, Missouri. The projected was completed in 2010 and leased very quickly. Based on the success of Phase I, we syndicated both the federal and Missouri low-income housing tax credits for Phase II of this project. The credits were $5,120,000 and $4,300,000 respectively for the 32 two-bedroom units. Construction was completed in 2012.
