The federal and Missouri historic tax credit programs were designed to provide economic incentives for developers to preserve historic buildings. As much Lisart Capital loves working with developers to save historic properties, this project had us wondering if the wrecking ball was the best alternative. Fortunately, the developer was determined and we decided to move forward with syndicating the historic tax credits. As evidenced by the before and after photographs, this is definitely the greatest transformation we have witnessed!
