Brick City- Springfield MO

This project is a collection of seven buildings located in Springfield, Missouri.  When the Matt Miller Companies decided to develop and rehabilitate this historic complex they needed to monetize their federal and Missouri tax credits, so they called Lisart Capital again. In 2005, we were the federal and Missouri historic tax credit investors for their Founders Park project.  Pictured is Building 4, a 20,000 square foot,2-story building, which is home to the Missouri State University Department of Art & Design.
