The Gotham Building is located in the Delmar Loop area in St. Louis, Missouri. In 2007, The Loop was listed as one of the 10 Great Streets in America by the American Planning Association. The rehabilitation of this seven story building is scheduled to begin in 2012 and will consist of 54 apartment units when complete.
