Beaux Arts Building (St. Louis)

The Beaux Arts building is part of the Grand Center district in St. Louis, Missouri. It is in immediate proximity to Powell Hall and the Fox Theatre. The building is being transformed into the first charter visual and performing arts school
in the state.

The Beaux Arts complex features a two-story structure facing Grand Avenue, with a seven-story building to the west, Pythias hall, connected by elevators and staircases. Parking decks on the lower levels of the larger structure will be converted to classroom space. Combined, the two buildings total 115,000 square feet.
