The saucer-shaped former Del Taco building near St. Louis University’s campus is one of the more unique tax credit structures we have worked with. This one nearly met the wrecking ball, but the perseverance of the developer and the use of tax credits saved the structure. The property is located at 212 S. Grand and has reopened as a Starbucks. Total Missouri credits are approximately $225,000.
