$7,000,000 Missouri Low-Income Housing Tax Credits
The Council Tower Senior Apartments are located at 310 South Grand in St. Louis, Missouri. The project consists of 225 existing apartments that will be a rolling rehab to allow continuous occupancy. The project should be completed in late 2011. Council Towers is conveniently located at Highway 40 and Grand Boulevard near the St. Louis University campus.
