Congratulations to Foutch Brothers and the entire team involved in the restoration of the historic Mead building (aka The Paper Lofts) in St. Joseph, Missouri. The project has won a Preserve Missouri Award that will be presented at the 2010 Annual Awards Ceremony in Jefferson City in the Capitol Rotunda on Wednesday, March 3. It is quite an honor to invest in this award winning historic tax credit project. This is yet another example of Missouri historic tax credits making a difference.
