We are nearly to the end of the legislative session. As always, a lot of things can happen in the final hours. Yesterday, Governor Nixon proposed that the Missouri historic tax credit cap be lowered from $140 million to $75 million. On a positive note, he also proposed that the Missouri historic tax credit not be subject to the appropriations process.
