Missouri just issued its first land assemblage tax credit. Lisart Capital is proud to have purchased a significant portion of this first issuance. The Missouri Land Assemblage tax credit will be issued for the next several years. It is nice to have another transferable Missouri tax credit available in addition to the Missouri historic tax credit, the Missouri Brownfield tax credit, the Missouri Neighborhood Preservation tax credit, etc.
