Missouri Tax Credit News
Missouri Preservation Conference - October 07, 2009
The Missouri statewide preservation conference is being held November 4-5 in Independence, Missouri. If you are active with Missouri state and federal historic tax credits in Missouri this conference is a must. The educational content is strong and the opportunity to network with all of the "players" in the Missouri historic tax credit arena makes the conference well worth attending.
I am particularly interested in the Advanced Training workshop being held on the 4th. A great deal of this session will be devoted to explaining changes to the Missouri historic tax credit program. There is even a session that discusses life with a capped Missouri historic tax credit program. Another part of this program is a financial case study on how to maximize the funding for Missouri historic tax credits on development projects.
The speakers list is impressive. It consists of many of the leading accountants, architects, attorney, and governmental officials in the Missouri historic tax credit field.
